Describing The Poster

I would like to convey a little more positive message to show that even though there is more awareness globally, much more work still needs to be done. By showing a penguin still able to feed itself although in a very precarious situation, the reality still remains that it’s very survival is hanging on the line. As time ticks away and no actions are taken, the melting ice would create chaos around the world, and the wild life in the polar ice cap will be wiped off the surface of our beautiful earth. The message is very clear to all of us that if we continue to abuse our environment, the world would really turn into a mess, and our future generations would be the ones to suffer. We must then take the blame for our own selfishness.

Final Step

This is the message i want to deliver. I did the curvy effects using the pencil tool before using the text. The first one was to follow the string that connects to the rod and the second was to suit the background effect.

Step 5

BackGround.................... from the internet............suits the poster so i just took it...

Step 4

I made the hilly thing as if the penguin was fishing on top of a mountain........ made it using pencil tool......

Step 3

This is where i made the fishing rod and puddle of water where the panguin suppose to look like it is fishing. Its all basically made using the paintbrush and pencil tool. For the water i changed the smoothness of the pencil tool to arnd 15-20% to make it look curvy on the sides and so on......

Step 2

The piece of ice was made using only the pencil tool, and a gradient of colours to make the object look like what it is suppose to be.

Step 1

For the first step i used the 3D revolve tool to make the basic body of th panguin. The eyes, beak, flappers, tail and so on are all made using shape tools and the pencil tool.
